We can only accept returns for products purchased on our website and customer must pay for the return shipment costs. Products purchased from salons or other sources should be returned to the location of purchase.
The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear; abuse of product, such as but not limited to, overheating bristles with direct and prolonged heat from blow dryer, or any physical abuse of product.
